OS: Fedora Linux 26
Desktop: Gnome 3.24.2
Keybase: 1.0.24.20170622160028.e5ac865
OS: Android 7.0
Problem
New messages sent from Android phone do not trigger any desktop notifications.
Similarly, messages sent from the desktop app do not trigger any notifications on the phone.
There does not seem to be any way to configure notifications for new messages in the desktop or mobile apps.
