Description
On macOS 10.12 Sierra, Keybase 1.0.23 and 1.0.24 must be located in /Applications to run. If it’s placed in a subfolder, it silently dies.

Research direction
Reproduce the behavior on macOS 10.12 with Keybase 1.0.23 or 1.0.24, comparing /Applications with a subfolder. Then locate the macOS application launch or packaging entry point; done means the app runs from a subfolder without silently exiting.
