Description
I haven't been able to use the PGP copy & paste curl commands for a while because of this error. The only things I've changed on my end is installing keybase and having a default-key in my .gnupg/gpg.conf set.

Before installing keybase I've been doing everything with command line PGP signing with a key I owned before joining.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the PGP copy-and-paste curl command described in the report with Keybase installed and a default-key set in .gnupg/gpg.conf. Investigate why curl reports an unmatched close brace or bracket at column 53; done means the command works under the reported configuration without that globbing error.
