Description
So, I previously made the decision not to upload a private key. I have since changed my mind. The documentation does not make it clear how to do so, and the old method keybase push has been replaced by keybase pgp select when I try to use the CLI. Select doesn't let me upload the key, just tells me I already have one.
How do I actually upload this key?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the current documentation for private-key handling and the CLI behavior of keybase pgp select, then compare it with the deprecated keybase push method mentioned in the issue. Done means the documentation clearly explains the supported way to upload a private key and what to do when a key already exists.
