Description
Running a rooted Nexus 4 running Android 5.1.1, and when trying to set up the device, I had a couple issues:
- I was unable to get the camera to work to attempt to do a QR scan. Saw a notice that permissions were not granted, but I was not asked (and don't think I need to be on 5.1.1?)
- Saw some rough formatting when I got to the enter phrase page, with this placeholder text. A couple of issues, attaching a screenshot below.

Research direction
