Description
I figured out pretty quick that I needed to go to the Settings part of the Keybase app on my other device, but this wasn't very clear. If I was a novice, I'd probably just open the app and figure it would work all on its own?

Research direction
Start with the issue body and attached screenshot, then locate the mobile-device setup flow in the Keybase client. Done means a novice can understand that the other device's Settings area is required to begin QR-code setup; the payload names no specific file or test.
