Description
I may be able to help with issue #5018 if it can be re-investigated. I am experiencing the same errors after moving my home directory to another drive on my system.
The errors started on El Capitan after installing an SSD and copying my Users directory to a separate volume. I then upgraded to Sierra and am still having trouble starting keybase.service.
Initially I moved the entire /Users directory. I have since moved /Volumes/UsersHD/Users/Shared back to /Users/Shared leaving my home directory in /Volumes/UsersHD/Users

Research direction
Begin by reviewing issue #5018 and the supplied log ID, then reproduce the failure when /Users is moved to /Volumes/UsersHD/Users and keybase.service starts on Sierra. Done means determining whether this is the same problem and documenting a confirmed fix or next diagnostic step.
