Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.20-20170317111345+6cc2f52
When the Windows 7 Taskbar is located on the left side of the Desktop, this causes the Keybase app to display behind the Taskbar instead of beside it as expected. Then the Keybase menu is obstructed by the Taskbar.
