Description

This situation happens very often. When my win10 wakes up ( wifi is established few seconds later and fully operational), keybase is not online.

I'm not sure if this situation happened with this log id, as here I was asked (upon coming from hibernation) by keybase itself to report the problem.

my log id: 157bd48e55351a317b0b381c

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing log 157bd48e55351a317b0b381c and reproducing the Windows 10 wake-from-hibernation sequence after Wi-Fi becomes operational; done means Keybase reconnects and switches online reliably.
