Description
[Windows 7]
Clicking the tray icon puts a Keybase taskbar item in my taskbar, but no window appears. Clicking the taskbar item makes it disappear. Clicking the tray icon while the taskbar item is visible closes it and makes it again (just the taskbar item, still no desktop window is shown)
I've killed all the Keybase.exe items in task manager, and started Keybase again from Start menu.
It starts up the tray icon again, and the main keybase app just says 'loading'
I eventually quit (from the menu) after several minutes. Tray icon is behaving same as above.
I did launch this program succesfully eariler, but the tray icon has never worked. Will report back after computer reboot

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Windows 7 behavior from the tray icon and the Keybase.exe launched from the Start menu. Trace the Windows tray, taskbar, and main-app startup entry points mentioned in the report; done means the main window opens and the tray icon behaves consistently instead of showing only a taskbar item or remaining at “loading”.
