Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.20-20170309140903+2d91d19
I have asked for Keybase not to automatically start at windows startup.
Whenever I try to manually start the app, the GUI window stays on loading for a really long time and then is stuck on Disconnected...will try to uninstall and start over.
