Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20170223162556+af0e640
I have a chat about which the UI tells me that "This conversation is waiting for a participant to open their Keybase app" and "Waiting for participants to rekey." So on all my machines the menu icon is colorful, the chat icon has a little 1, etc. I really don't care about this and I want it to go away. So I tried to ignore the private folder that seems to have been created, and either I can't or the UI is well enough hidden that I can't find it.
This maybe seems minor, but a prominent notification UI that I can't dismiss is annoying enough, generally, to make me uninstall software.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the persistent rekeying notification in the Keybase GUI version described, including the attempted private-folder ignore action. No file or test is named; done means providing a reliable way to dismiss or ignore the conversation so its notification no longer remains prominent.
