Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20170216112451+a5b6199
My taskbar and system tray (Windows 10) is on the left-hand side of my screen. When I launch the app from the tray, about half of the window is obscured by the taskbar and edge of screen. See attached screencap.

Research direction
Reproduce the GUI launch from the system tray on Windows 10 with the taskbar positioned on the left side. Investigate the tray-launched window positioning and verify that the full window and its options remain visible without being obscured by the taskbar or screen edge.
