Description
I'm on OSX 10.11.6. Proxy settings are set on the command line with launchctl setenv HTTP_PROXY http://proxy:port for both HTTP and HTTPS environment variables, as well as via network settings in system preferences. Chat works perfectly when at home without a proxy, but is unusable when under a proxy at work in spite of me being able to login, view my profile and preferences, etc. (Have not tested KBFS extensively yet). Running keybase chat ls in the command line returns a network timeout, while the chat tab in the GUI is stuck at securing..., and after a few moments, contacts I've chatted with on the sidebar disappear from view (they return after a restart). Restarting the app via keybase ctl restart or unsetting and resetting proxy settings in the system does not solve the problem. Any thoughts? I've referred to issue #4071 when setting up my proxies.
