Description
I opened Keybase today and a blank window popped up on top of it. I have no idea what the window is used for or why it's there, but the title is "PgpPurgeMessage" as shown in the taskbar.
I can't move it or close it through traditional means, so I sent the log and made this report before attempting to get it out of my way.
