Description
Hello!
I'm using Kingstone DataTraveler Locker+ G3 pendrive. Unfortunately, when keybase is running I can't open Kingstone app in order to enter password and access encrypted data. I need to manually kill all keybase related processes in order to be able to do this.
I'm using latest stable Windows 10.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the conflict on Windows 10 with Keybase running and the Kingston DataTraveler Locker+ G3 software, documenting which Keybase processes prevent the Kingston app from opening. Done means the Kingston app can be opened and its encrypted data accessed without manually killing Keybase processes.
