Description

Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20170130165558+0fcd377

A window popped up letting me know someone I was following had reset their account. Neither of the two buttons at the bottom are clickable, and both have spinners that go without stopping. The close window × works, but then the window reappears a few minutes later.

output

OS X 10.11.6

Research direction

Start by reproducing the account-reset window in Keybase GUI 1.0.18 on OS X 10.11.6, using the attached GIF as the reference for the failure. Investigate why both bottom buttons remain disabled with spinning indicators and verify that dismissing the window prevents it from reappearing.
