Description

As far as I can tell, the Keybase app has no way to check for updates in the UI; you have to execute a command from the shell in order to do it. It would be nice if there were a way to trigger an update check from the UI and see the changelog.

The issue names no files or tests; start by locating the existing shell update-check command and the app UI entry point. Done means users can trigger an update check from the UI and view the changelog.
