Description
I attempted to install the latest Windows client (keybase_setup_386.exe) and it failed to install. Attaching the log file. Happy to provide any other diagnostic info you need.

Note I had a previous version of keybase from 6-12 months ago, but I also tried uninstalling that. But I'm still having a problem.
