Description
I don't think that these logs are very useful; however, I have my Windows taskbar on the left, and clicking on the Keybase system tray icon doesn't work very well. Most of the resulting menu appear off-screen. Also, right-clicking on the icon brings up both the keybase menu as well as the task-bar context menu.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Windows with the taskbar positioned on the left and click or right-click the Keybase system tray icon. Trace the desktop tray-menu handling and verify that the menu remains on-screen and that right-clicking does not also open the taskbar context menu.
