Description

Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20161220170039+7435b49

While Keybase is running, I can't use Control-Alt-B for my own purposes (like emacs). This doesn't seem to be configurable.

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the Linux GUI keyboard-shortcut handling and reproduce the conflict with Control-Alt-B; done means the shortcut no longer swallows the user's keypress or is configurable.
