Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20161116190722+95f8303
On macOS 10.12.1, the GUI client doesn't operate properly in the menubar, like other menubar apps does when having the auto-hide menubar option enabled in macOS. Instead it appears underneath the menubar, and also doesn't keep the menubar in view, as it should.
It really doesn't work properly at all.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Keybase GUI behavior on macOS 10.12.1 with the auto-hide menubar option enabled. Investigate the GUI's menubar integration and compare it with other menubar apps. Done means the client appears correctly relative to the menubar and keeps the menubar in view.
