Description

Copying a file using drag and drop in explorer fails with this error:

copytokfail

Source File C:\Users\Ken\Pictures\xfer\Godzillas.JPG
Destination K:\public\destroid11
I am logged into my Keybase account and Keybase.exe is running.

Copying files via command line works correctly.

Windows 10 Home x64 Version 1607 (Anniversery)
Build 14393.447
Processor AMD A8-7600
RAM 16GB

Research direction

Start by reproducing the drag-and-drop copy in Windows Explorer with the listed source and K:\public\destroid11\ destination, using log ID 2296a14d82ef9caa5e1b341c. Compare that behavior with the command-line copy that succeeds; done means Explorer can copy the file successfully.
