Description

Many times keybase asks for passphrases but it's simply not clear which one it means. Is my account one? The device one? My key's passphrase? I end up entering in all my passphrases until it works.

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Reproduce the passphrase prompts in Keybase GUI version 1.0.18 and trace where account, device, and key passphrases are requested; done means each prompt clearly identifies which passphrase is required.
