Description

Example:

https://keybase.pub/jubes/ - This shows a 'Test' directory which I initially setup a few weeks back when I first installed keybase on one of my machines.

K:\public\jubes (Windows) and /keybase/public/jubes (Mint 18) - These are current and in sync

Research direction

Start by comparing https://keybase.pub/jubes/ with K:\public\jubes on Windows and /keybase/public/jubes on Mint 18, using the reported Test directory as the reproduction case. Trace the client’s public-folder synchronization path across both operating systems and determine where the online view diverges. Done means the online public folder matches the current local contents.
