Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20161116112520+95f8303
As per the attached. When selecting the windows notification menu from the task bar and clicking the keybase icon, the keybase window is behind the notifications icons window.
A work around being setting 'the show icons and notifications' behaviour.
