Description
Kubuntu 16.04 LTS - can't open public or private file system folders.
A system pop up appears saying "Keybase: user not found. Folder is not a keybase user" then Dolphin opens to "/keybase/public/falken/"

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure on Kubuntu 16.04 LTS through Dolphin, checking both public and private folders under /keybase. Review the reported log using ID a4f8f71f7f539b7f4fc88c1c; done means those folders open without the “user not found” popup.
