Description
I have Windows 10 Professional x64 installed, along with DisplayFusion (for that extra Start Bar on my other screen). The Keybase program is in my Taskbar, but under the arrow (only two things are visible outside of the collapse: WiFi status and volume). When I click the arrow, the remainder pop up. However, if I click the icon, Keybase pops up exactly underneath the uncollapse. Clicking the start bar, or anywhere else, which closes the collapse... closes Keybase as well. I've turned off Autohide Startbar, and it still happens. Most of the other apps I have open their menu at a remove - Google Drive actually draws over the popup with its menu, as does Steam.

Research direction
Start with the Windows 10 behavior described in the issue, the attached screenshot, and log ID 15e3c032d0da88fd1a34d01c. Investigate why clicking the Keybase icon in the taskbar overflow closes the app when the overflow is dismissed; done means the icon can be used without closing Keybase.
