Description
I get a popup with the following error on Ubuntu Linux: "This computer and possibly others are unable to read some of your folders. To avoid losing data..."
It asks me to "turn on" one of the following devices (they're all on, but I did keybase login on one of them), and nothing changed. Still get the error.

Research direction
Start at the Keybase login entry point on Ubuntu Linux and investigate the device prompt using log ID 83c3ade701d905064cb4dc1c. Done means identifying why an already-on device is reported as needing to be turned on and documenting or fixing the resulting login behavior.
