Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure after uploading a GPG subkey to the account goozbach and inspect the report associated with log id c539d06eb4dad8f23f8fd71c. Trace the reverse-signature verification path to determine why the uploaded key produces "Message wasn't signed"; done means normal Keybase use succeeds after the upload.
