Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20161108170622+007a7ce
When I use the system tray icon for Keybase, to show my folders and so forward. It hides behind other windows that are open on the desktop. (Only above the desktop itself.) Using up to date version of Ubuntu MATE.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the system tray icon behavior in the Keybase GUI on Ubuntu MATE, using the version reported in the issue, and inspect the tray entry point responsible for its window ordering. Done means the tray view remains above other open windows while displaying folders.
