Description

Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20161101165331+a862115

I get a notification every 15 minutes or so that I have visited the public folder of an user 'net' with PGP FP F256 5E2B 34A4 FEDC, located in the Russian Federation, Moscow.

I don't know this user, don't follow him and certainly have not visited his public folder.

Why do I keep getting this notification?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the repeated notification described for Keybase GUI 1.0.18 and inspect the path handling public-folder visit events. Determine why the unknown user’s event is emitted repeatedly, then verify that unrelated visits no longer generate false notifications.
