Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.17-20161024190010+4dcf351
I would very much like a way to turn off and not run the keybase file system on my mac. I don't want it, I don't want to use it, and don't want it running.

Research direction
The issue concerns the Keybase GUI on macOS and the Keybase file system. No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned, so first locate where the macOS client starts KBFS and how GUI preferences control services. Done means users can disable KBFS while continuing to use the rest of the client.
