Description

Pretty straight forward:

% keybase prove web https://devio.us/~gruselbauer/
▶ ERROR Invalid hostname: devio.us/~gruselbauer/

Tested on Linux Mint Debian Edition 2 and CentOS 7.2 just now.

Research direction

Reproduce the problem with the keybase prove web https://devio.us/~gruselbauer/ command, then trace the keybase prove web entry point and its URL validation. Done means web proofs accept valid URLs containing ~ without reporting the path as part of the hostname.
