Description
My Keybase installation is currently in a state where the Keybase filesystem isn't mounted and I can't get it to appear. It's been this way since booting the machine -- the GUI appeared on boot, but it never prompted me for my passphrase like it normally does. Clicking "Open folder" on any of the folders in the GUI has no effect. I tried quitting the application (from the "Quit" menu option) and restarting, and that didn't change anything. I have not tried rebooting yet.

Research direction
Start by examining the provided log ID f3744fe0f22787b68d28901c and the startup path where the GUI appears without prompting for a passphrase. Reproduce the behavior around boot, restarting the application, and clicking “Open folder”; done means KBFS mounts and the passphrase prompt appears.
