Description
When I use the keybase gui to open the private folder, I get a notification saying that the folder is not a keybase user.
Apparently this is a falsepositive, since the synchronization is working.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the notification in the Keybase GUI on Arch Linux with KDE, using the supplied log ID dc2958d485b51761e813641c. Read the logs around opening the private folder and compare the warning with the reported successful synchronization. Done means the false notification is explained and the folder opens without an incorrect “not a keybase user” warning.
