Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.17-20160829110024+c4e8dc8
I was installing Keybase in the phase to fill in the device name.
My Macbook went to asleep due to low battery. When I got power Keybase was on, but the screen inquiring device name had disappeared. I tried to restart the installation, but it did not progress to asking device name. I got the error message telling roughly that "provisioning is already in progress."
I tried to uninstall, remove the ~/Library/AppData, logout, kill. I tried to google advice. No help.
Reboot worked, after that no problem.
Maybe someone else of the worlds population runs to this problem. Please add some advice to reboot if the installation process is disrupted.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the report. Start by reproducing installation after the Mac wakes from sleep, then trace the resulting “provisioning is already in progress” state. Done means the interrupted flow provides recovery guidance or otherwise lets installation continue without requiring a reboot.
