Research direction
Start by reproducing on Windows 7 Pro with Chrome 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit), first with Keybase installed and then after uninstalling Keybase and its file-system counterpart. Done means identifying a reproducible Keybase regression and recording a scoped fix; the issue names no source file or test.
