Description

Updated to latest keybase. Still unable to remove unwanted private folders, however, rather than access being denied, the files are unavailable. When I list the contents of \private, the unwanted folders are still present. So, new keybase, but a variation of the original problem persists, I'm unable to remove unwanted private folders.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the inability to remove the unwanted folders under \private\ using the reported Keybase version and log ID 024c63327e38d0acc8336a1c. The issue does not name a source file, test, or subsystem entry point, so the first task is identifying the component responsible for private-folder visibility and checking the relevant logs. Done means the unwanted folders can be removed and no longer appear when \private\ is listed.
