Description

Clicking the 'follow' link on the website and selecting 'command line with Keybase' recommends that you run 'keybase follow <>'. Opening the Keybase Shell on windows and running this command does not perform the follow operation, it instead returns "No help topic for 'follow'".

Whether this command is unimplemented in windows or requires different formatting and does not yet have help file information, this is a common user-story that does not go as expected.
