Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.16-20160713110836+a1c00b3
With the widget open, if I click on the public folder or private folder icons/text, we know that explorer doesn't open the file location, but what it also does is makes the drop down menu no longer pull down, you can click in the upper left as many times as you want, but the drop down just won't work anymore until a reboot.

Research direction
The report identifies a Windows 10 GUI failure involving the widget, folder controls, and drop-down menu, but names no source files, tests, or entry points. First reproduce the sequence on Windows 10 and trace the widget's folder-click and drop-down behavior. Done means the folder controls behave as expected and the drop-down remains usable without a reboot.
