Description
When I click a folder name, either public or private, in the system tray popup, the popup disappears but nothing else happens. The K: drive exists and I can open the public and private folders in Explorer.
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.16-20160713110836+a1c00b3

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on Windows 10 with the system tray popup and the available Keybase GUI version. Check how clicks on public and private folders are handled when the K: drive is present and Explorer can open them. Done means both folder entries open their corresponding Explorer locations instead of only dismissing the popup.
