Windows 10
Attempted to create new private folder through the GUI.
Clicked the "New Private Folder" button.
Nothing seemed to happen.
Click again, same thing.
Click on public tab, New Private Folder and Open public folder buttons visible.
Double bug: UI problems, and New Private Folder doesn't seem to be working.
