Description

Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.16-20160713110836+a1c00b3

Windows 10 Pro
Intel i5 2400 cpu 16GB RAM
MSI GTX960
MSI motherboard

When I click the icon to restore the program I can see the task bar gui pop up but none of the selections respond. I click private or public and it changes the color from blue to green. When I kill the program from the task manager and relaunch it will work for a period of time (which is how I got to the "report a bug" feature), but it seems to stop working again when I select "new private folder".

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. First reproduce the unresponsive Windows 10 task-bar GUI, including after selecting “new private folder,” then trace the desktop client path involved; done means the task-bar selections continue responding without requiring a process restart.
