Description

I'm on mac os x (El Capitan!). I appear to be able to use "keybase" commands and can access files under /keybase/(public, private), however, I can't seem to "login" to keybase. When I click on the tray icon I see "You're logged out of Keybase!" and a button to "Log In". When I press that button, I'm prompted for my userid/email address, and then a passphrase. When I do that, the dialog displays "There was an error provisioning. Unknown error. Error: Device already provisioned for current user". I'm unable to use any of the tray functionality.

Research direction

Start with the macOS GUI Log In flow and the reported provisioning error, using log id 238ea6c9919820b62611f21c. Reproduce the failure and trace the existing GUI login entry point; done means login succeeds without the device-already-provisioned error and tray functionality is available.
