Description
On Mac OS X client. When trying to upload the keybase.dmg to a private test folder, I got the error:
"The operation took and failed. Please run 'keybase log send' so our admins can review." (which I did). Shortly, it retried and succeeded. I could reproduc this a couple of times and the behavior was the same.

Research direction
Start with the Mac OS X client’s upload flow and use log ID 2f5507ae65930d8b3d34831c to correlate the reported failure with the later successful retry. Reproduce the upload to a private test folder and consider the issue resolved when a transient retry does not show a final failure message.
