E0F Error when attempting pgp decryption

Description
Each time I attempt to decrypt a PGP message via the CLI, I get an E0F Error. I am able to decrypt the message via GPGTools on my Mac, but not via keybase. I have tried both pasting the message directly into the keybase pgp decrypt -m "MESSAGE" and keybase pgp decrypt -m 'MESSAGE' and keybase pgp decrypt -i file.txt.asc -o file.txt methods.
