How do I use the client without the GUI?

Description
I'm blind, and Electron apps aren't accessible. 6 months or so ago, the client was entirely usable via the CLI. Now, keybase login pops up an inaccessible GUI under Linux, and I can no longer use it.
I tried DISPLAY= keybase login but even that doesn't seem to work. Is the console interface even present anymore, and if so how do I use it?
