Description

This is very disruptive and not at all what I would expect software to do. If keybase needs the reboot, it should prompt the user to reboot now or manually later before keybase will work. This is pretty standard stuff in Windows applications.

Thanks!

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Reproduce the Keybase installer on Windows 10 and trace the reboot behavior; done means the installer warns the user or offers an immediate-versus-later choice before rebooting.
