Description
After rebooting to apply system updates, My Surface Pro 4 has a keybase popup titled "UnlockFolders" with the text:
This computer and possibly others are unable to read some of your folders. To avoid losing data forever, please turn on one of the devices below: (list of authorized devices)
I do not see any folders or files i have created in KBFS that I am missing.
Here is my KBFS log. My keybase logs are identified by a3725b70bd7461f7a014e61c. If you need additional logfiles or other information, please let me know.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked KBFS log and the Keybase logs identified by a3725b70bd7461f7a014e61c. Reproduce the Windows reboot flow if possible and determine why the UnlockFolders popup appears despite no reported missing KBFS files; done when the popup no longer recurs without risking folder data.
